The ambient temperature and humidity of the printer are the external factors that cause the nozzle to block. We generally recommend that the working temperature of the dye-sublimation printer is 18-30°, and the humidity is between 40-60%. High or low temperature and humidity will affect print heads’ normal inkjet printing. although it is not a true clogging of the print head, it is also an external factor that affects the work of the print head.
In addition, if not cleaning print heads in time, the ink in the nozzle will accumulate to a certain extent and then the outside will condense to block the nozzle. This is also one of the most common clogging methods.

During printing, the individual drops of ink that put onto the substrate will affect the overall quality of the image.
