5.DTG printing needs to pay attention to the loss problem

The most important problem for digital printing machines is the loss of the machine. The problem is the loss of accessory nozzles, so it is necessary to learn some maintenance skills:

(1)Freely install and remove the digital printer circuit without turning off the power switch and cutting off the main power supply. This behavior will damage the service life of each system and endanger the nozzle.

(2)Fill different batches of ink at will, or use ink or cleaning fluid of poor quality. The mixing of two different configurations of ink will change the color and quality of the ink. The ink with a poor quality will affect the printing effect and block the nozzle. The cleaning fluid with a poor quality may corrode the nozzle.

(3)Clean the nozzle vigorously with a high pressure air gun. If the nozzle is slightly blocked, it is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner to wash out the dust, and then perform detailed cleaning, do not use this method.

(4)Soak the entire nozzle in the cleaning solution. The cleaning fluid is corrosive to a certain extent, so generally only an appropriate amount is taken into the nozzle for cleaning.

(5)Leave the cleaning fluid in the nozzle for more than 2 days and 2 nights. Soaking in the cleaning fluid for a long time can remove stains more effectively, but if the time exceeds 48 hours, it will affect the nozzle holes.

(6)Clean the nozzle with self-prepared products without quality inspection. The nozzle is very easy to be contaminated and worn, so please use the product designated by the manufacturer and the product that has passed the quality inspection to clean the nozzle.
