Creating & Printing Designs
Designs are created on a computer using graphic design software and then printed onto special DTF film using a DTF printer.
Manual Spreading Powder & Drying
DTF powder is placed on the printed image and the hot melt powder is manually spread evenly on the design, then heated in an oven to melt and dry.
Heat Press
The image on the DTF film is heat transferred onto the fabric using a heat press, usually at 165℃for 15 seconds. If a special film is used, it is applied according to the time and temperature specified for the special film.
Hot-Peel/ Cold-Peel
There are usually two types: Hot Peel/Cold Peel DTF films. The last step is to peel off the PET film without residue. Clothes can be stored for a long time with bright and long lasting colors.
