DTF-1200series STAR IV DTF Printer & Shaker

Feature: DTF-1200 STAR Ⅳ is a large format high-end and versatile DTF printing solution to meet various requirements in the fabric printing application. The maximum printing width is 1200mm. Max print speed up to 34m2/h.
This series of film printing machines are characterized by an extended fluorescent color range (including fluorescent pink and yellow). On the one hand, it is compatible with 2/3 /4 printheads to meet different printing needs.
On the other hand, the shaker is equipped with double ovens and double purifiers to quickly process the printed images. Its consistent quality and less downtime can be achieved by core in-line cleaning and nozzle recovery technology.

Working Process

Design Pattern

Use photoshop, illustrator or other software to design your pattern.

Print Your Design

Adjust the printer parameters in the RIP software and use our printer and ink to print your pattern.

Powdering

Turn on the switch of the powder shaking machine, the machine will automatically powdering, and dry and fix the color.

Heat Press

Use a heat press machine, set the temperature to 180 degrees, and time 15 seconds to transfer.

New Feature

DTF STAR series has greatly improved printing technology: Ink Damper Heating Available, CCD Camera, MPM(Multi-Printer Manager),  Automatic In-Line Cleaning System, Nozzle compensated. Improving the machine’s stability, prolonging machine parts’ service life, and making the machine more efficient.

  • An ink damper device with external heating function. The heating unit is installed on the outside of each ink damper.
  • CCD camera can synchronously monitor the printing condition of the nozzle. When the nozzle is blocked or the ink jet is uneven, the CCD camera will automatically send the prompt information to the cloud App.
  • One computer can control multiple devices, and different IP manage printing. MPM enables one computer to manage multiple printers, helping workers to control machine production more quickly and further improve production efficiency.
  • When the printer is online, it automatically load ink and clean automatically, which not only helps reduce overall maintenance costs, but also saves time through automation.
  • The printer can automatically monitor the printing process. If the lines are discontinuous and there are blank areas, the nozzle will spray again to fill up the missing areas to ensure the output of a perfect picture.
