How To Identify Premium Quality DTF Ink?
1. Acidity and alkalinity of direct film printer ink. For example, some metal parts of PET film dtf printers will be corroded when in contact with dtf printing consumables. Therefore, we recommend that you use pH-neutral printer inks.
2. Observe the fluidity of DTF ink. Buy some trial DTF ink and put it in the air, and observe whether there are serious particle problems for a month, and then you can identify its fluidity.
3. Pay attention to the surface tension of DTF ink. The better the fluidity of the ink, the smaller the tension of the DTF ink, and the finer the printed graphic lines.
How To Restore DTF Ink?
As DTF printing technology gradually matures, there are more and more printers on the market, ranging from desktop DTF printers to industrial large-format DTF printers. DTF ink is one of the essential consumables for DTF printing, so how to choose a suitable ink for storage?
DTF ink needs to be placed in a cool place. It must not be placed in direct sunlight or exposed to the sun. It cannot be placed in a place where the temperature is too high or too low, otherwise it will cause the unopened ink to deteriorate. In addition, the shelf life of DTF ink is 12 months when stored in a standard environment.
