FOUR STEPS OF DTG DTX-I WORK:
- Image processing: If you want to print better results, use professional image processing software to process the pictures to ensure the quality of the pictures.
- Pre-treatment liquid: Pure cotton fabric needs to be pretreated before being fixed on the printing machine platform. The pretreatment solutions for light-colored cotton fabrics and dark-colored pure cotton fabrics are different.
- Direct-to-fabric printing: The printing process is relatively simple. During the working process of the machine, ensure the machine is stable and do not touch the data cable and power cable at will.
- Fix color: The product coming out of the digital printing machine is actually only a semi-finished product. After the color is fixed, the pattern will not fade.
