How to Apply EmbossStitch™ Transfers

Step 1: The Initial Press (8 Seconds): Set your heat press to 155°C (311°F) with a medium pressure of 0.4 MPa. Position the EmbossStitch™ transfer on your garment and press for 8 seconds. This initial stage melts the adhesive and firmly anchors the high-density 3D base to the fabric.
Step 2: Complete Cooling & Cold Peel: Remove the garment from the press and lay it flat. Allow the transfer to cool completely to room temperature. Because of the thick 3D faux-embroidery paste, a strict cold peel is required. Once fully cold, gently peel the carrier film starting from one corner in a smooth motion.
Step 3: The Securing Press (8 Seconds): To lock in maximum washability, a second press is mandatory. Cover the exposed design with a sheet of parchment paper (do not use heavy Teflon, which may crush the texture), or flip the garment inside out. Press again for 8 seconds. This final step secures the print deep into the fibers while preserving the raised faux-thread texture.
💡 CRITICAL PRO TIPS FOR THE PERFECT FINISH:
100% Cold Peel Required: The EmbossStitch™ high-density base must cure and harden completely before peeling. Do not attempt to peel while warm. Premature peeling will stretch or ruin the 3D embroidered effect.
Protect the 3D Texture: During the second press, never apply direct bare heat to the design. Always use lightweight parchment paper or press from the inside out to prevent the heat platen from flattening the realistic faux-stitch details.
Laundry Care: For maximum longevity of the 3D texture and colors, wait at least 24 hours before the first wash. Turn the garment inside out, use a cold, gentle cycle, and never iron directly over the transfer.
