Independent flash tank device
If you do not temporarily clean the ink system and print head after stopping printing, you can set the print head to a flashing state, which means the machine will automatically flash every few minutes. It can prevent ink from solidifying in the ink path system, which can lead to clogging of the nozzles. Keep the printhead in a smooth state all the time by flashing.
High-precision vacuum suction platform
The adsorption platform is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy plate. The high-precision drilling machine is used to drill holes in the plate. The turbofan under the platform inhales through these holes to fix the material.
Supports 180mm thickness product print
The beam of the machine can be raised to 180 mm, which supports the printing of products with a thickness of 0-180 mm and can meet the personalized customization of individual products.
High reliability and security
An anti-collision device is installed at the bottom of the printhead carriage.
