Independent flash tank device
If you do not temporarily clean the ink system and print head after stopping printing, you can set the print head to a flashing state, which means the machine will automatically flash every few minutes. It can prevent ink from solidifying in the ink path system, which can lead to clogging of the nozzles. Keep the printhead in a smooth state all the time by flashing.
High-precision vacuum suction platform
The adsorption platform is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy plate. The high-precision drilling machine is used to drill holes in the plate. The turbofan under the platform inhales through these holes to fix the material.
Supports 180mm thickness product print

Epson F1080(XP600) Print Head
The UV STAR IV-30R uses Epson 2 F1080 printheads, or a single HD-I3200-U1 printhead, 3 I1600 printheads, or 3 i3200 printheads. It is an economical printhead, designed as an oil-based head.
