How to Correctly Connect DTF Printer Ink Tubes for Efficient Printing?

Whether you’re replacing old tubes or setting up a new DTF printer, follow this video to ensure smooth and reliable ink flow.

Step 1:  Before we begin, make sure the printer is turned off and unplugged. This is important for your safety and to prevent any ink spills.

Step 2:  Gently insert each tube into the connector on the cartridge. Push it in firmly but carefully to avoid damaging the connector.

Step 3:  Once all the tubes are connected, route them through the printer’s internal channels. Connect the other ends of the tubes to the ink reservoirs or cartridges, depending on your printer’s design.

Step 4: Run a test print to ensure the ink is flowing properly. If there are any issues, double-check your tube connections and make sure they’re secure.
