3545 Flatbed UV Printer Process
The STAR IV 3545 Flatbed UV Printer supports two printing methods, one directly on the surface and the other with the help of AB film transfer. Shown here with AB film overlay printing, another is detailed on the Star V Flatbed UV 6090 Printer page.
- Design The Drawing: Design the sample or design the required pattern according to the customer’s demand.
- Print on A Film: Fix the A-film on the printing platform, start the printing command, and print directly on the A-film.
- Laminating B Film: After printing, use the laminator to laminate the B film.
- Cutting: Cut the printed AB film into pieces for easy use.
- Transfer: Finally, it can be transferred on the surface of glass, ceramic cups, metal insulation cups, and other hard substances.
